If you need to send an item back, return it within the time allotted for each item. (e.g. Communion dresses is 3 days)
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless it was our mistake. (items with free shipping will have the shipping amount deducted from the refund should it be returned).
Orders for personalized items cannot be returned, unless it was a mistake on our part. (we will do our best to recitfy a mistake, whether it was ours or yours).
Final-Sale Price and Clearance Items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
Price adjustment: If an item's price drops within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we will refund the difference.
How to make a return or exchange:
Call or email us to let us know about your return. We will need your name, address, phone number, email address, the item number and resaon. The order number is helpful also.
All returned items must have original tags and packaging. Must be unworn and unused.

Refunds will be given immediately upon arrival to us and full inspection. Credit Card refunds although processed on the day of the inspection, may take a while to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
