Christening and Communion
We understand that it is difficult to decide on a certain style or size, but due to the delicate fabrics that are used in the making of these beautiful outfits, we can allow you to order up to two (2) garments as long as they are store stock. We will give you up to three (3) days upon receipt of the goods, to review them. You must call us at 718-792-2342 or email us at sales@eforevermore.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. If one item is chosen, then there will be no restocking fee for the returned item. If you choose to return both items, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Exceptions are up to E Forever More.com. Items must not be altered or worn.
All shipping charges to and from are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are Special Ordered just for a particular customer are not returnable.
Returns and Exchanges
Please call 718-792-2342 or email sales@eforevermore.com with in three (3) days of receipt of goods if you need to change a size or return an item that is damaged. All items should be returned in original package and tags still attached as received.
Returns are subject to the approval of E Forever More.com
Items that are Special Ordered just for a particular customer are not returnable.
Personalized Items
Hand painted items are unique, and the artist takes license as he or she sees fit. There may be discrepencies in paint color and size of objects, which can not be controlled.
Returns will only be accepted due to defective materials or breakage. Please contact our office and we will be more than happy to rectify the situation.
Items that are personalized with names and or dates are not returnable.
Do not send any thing back without approval from E Forever More first.
